  • Reimagining App Accessibility: How Progressive Web Apps Bridge the Gap Between Native and Web Experiences

    In an era where user expectations for seamless digital experiences continue to rise, the dichotomy between web applications and native mobile apps remains a persistent challenge for developers and businesses. Native apps, with their smooth interfaces, offline capabilities, and device integrations, offer unparalleled user engagement but often entail significant development costs and fragmentation across platforms. Conversely, traditional web applications promise broad accessibility but struggle to match the performance and engagement metrics of their native counterparts.

    The Evolution of Application Delivery: From Native to Progressive Web Apps

    Over the past decade, the landscape of mobile and web development has undergone a transformative shift towards Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). These are web applications that leverage modern web technologies to deliver app-like experiences directly through browsers. Pioneers such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Starbucks have adopted PWAs to enhance user engagement, achieve faster load times, and improve offline access — often surpassing their native app performance metrics in key areas.

    Feature Native Apps Progressive Web Apps
    Installation Through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) From browsers, with option to install on home screen
    Device Access & Integration Full Access to hardware features Limited but expanding through modern APIs
    Performance & Offline Highly optimized, supports offline via caching Supports offline with Service Workers, fast loading
    Development Cost Multiple platform-specific codebases Single codebase for all platforms

    Key Advantages of PWAs in Enhancing User Engagement

    One of the critical strengths of PWAs lies in their ability to deliver an experience that closely resembles native applications with minimal friction. This is especially crucial for startups and enterprises looking to reduce barriers to user adoption. As industry analysts have noted, companies deploying PWAs observe an average increase of 20% in conversion rates, primarily driven by faster load times and improved accessibility.

    “With progressive web apps, businesses can deliver high-quality app experiences without the overhead of app store compliance and development,”

    – Industry Analyst, TechInsights

    Bridging User Expectations and Technical Capabilities

    While PWAs have gained widespread popularity, a natural question arises: How can they rival the functionality embedded within native apps? The answer lies in harnessing web APIs and enhancing browser capabilities to emulate native features. For instance, emerging web APIs now enable PWAs to access device sensors, push notifications, and even camera functions, blurring the lines further.

    However, for a truly integrated experience—particularly on iOS devices where support can still be inconsistent—developers seek solutions to approximate native app fluidity and responsiveness. This is where tools and frameworks that facilitate PWA deployment play a vital role.

    Enabling Seamless PWA Experiences: The Role of Modern Tools & Frameworks

    Developers aiming to deliver high-fidelity, app-like web experiences often turn to platforms that abstract complexities and accelerate deployment. One such tool, which exemplifies this trend, is use Luma Candy like a native app. This service allows users to install PWAs effortlessly, providing performance, offline support, and user engagement features comparable to native applications.

    By employing services like Luma Candy, businesses can ensure their web app is not only discoverable but also retained and reused by users, mimicking native functionality without the burdens of platform-specific development. It encapsulates the philosophy that a well-crafted PWA can, in many contexts, serve as a universal app portal—accessible on any device, anytime, with smooth operation akin to native experiences.

    The Future Outlook: Native or PWA — or Both?

    The evolution of web standards and browser capabilities suggests a future where the gap between PWAs and native apps continues to narrow. With upcoming Web APIs and enhancements like됨

    Expert Insight: As browser vendors prioritize native-like features, it becomes increasingly feasible to develop single-code solutions that meet most, if not all, of the sophisticated requirements of modern users. Yet, certain domain-specific functionalities—such as precise hardware control or high-end gaming—may still necessitate native development.

    Conclusion: Navigating the Balance with a Strategic Perspective

    In the current digital ecosystem, understanding when to deploy a PWA versus a native app is critical. The strategic advantage lies in leveraging tools like use Luma Candy like a native app to elevate web applications into premium, app-like experiences. Doing so aligns with industry insights that emphasize flexibility, cost-efficiency, and rapid deployment without sacrificing quality.

    Ultimately, the convergence of web and native paradigms promises a future where delivering high-performance, accessible, and engaging digital experiences is no longer a matter of choice but a standard expectation.

    У 2025–2026 роках фінансові установи перейшли від окремих ШІ-функцій (антифрод-скоринг, чат-боти) до агентних систем, що самостійно ініціюють дії та обробляють цілі робочі процеси без постійного контролю людини.

    Експерти фіксують, що традиційні моделі управління, разові перевірки на етапі запуску, статичні політики – не встигають за системами, які діють і змінюються в реальному часі. Регуляторні зобов’язання залишаються на боці того, хто впроваджує систему, а не лише розробника, що прямо стосується банків і платіжних сервісів, які купують готові ШІ-рішення у вендорів.

    Що каже регулювання

    Найбільш розгорнуту відповідь на питання відповідальності дає Закон ЄС про штучний інтелект (AI Act). Він розрізняє дві ролі:

    • Провайдер (компанія, яка розробляє ШІ-систему і виводить її на ринок);
    • Деплоєр (компанія, яка використовує цю систему у власній діяльності (типово банк чи платіжний сервіс)).

    Більшість великих банків, що створюють власні кредитні моделі, є провайдерами, тоді як більшість середніх банків і страховиків, що ліцензують готові скорингові інструменти, є деплоєрами – і обсяг обов’язків для цих ролей суттєво відрізняється. Для високоризикових систем (кредитний скоринг, антифрод, андерайтинг) Закон вимагає призначеної відповідальної особи, постійного моніторингу та можливості людини втрутитися чи зупинити рішення системи.

    Терміни впровадження кількаразово коригувалися. Початковий дедлайн для високоризикових систем (2 серпня 2026 року) у рамках так званого Digital Omnibus було перенесено на 2 грудня 2027 року, що дає бізнесу додатковий час на підготовку, але не знімає самого вимоги.

    Паралельно на платіжний сектор накладаються DORA (операційна стійкість і кіберризики) та PSD3 (відповідальність провайдерів платіжних послуг за безпеку транзакцій) – ці документи прямо не описують ШІ-агентів, але формують контекст, у якому розглядатиметься відповідальність за автоматизовані рішення в платежах.

    Українська специфіка

    В Україні станом на початок 2026 року окремого закону про штучний інтелект немає. Бізнес, що працює з ШІ, уже стикається з вимогами суміжних сфер – захисту персональних даних, кібербезпеки, прав споживачів і договірної відповідальності, і саме ці норми тимчасово виконують функцію регулятора для фінтех-компаній.

    Для українських гравців, що працюють з ЄС-партнерами або планують вихід на європейський ринок, орієнтиром фактично стає AI Act – навіть без прямого юридичного обов’язку.

    Практичний висновок для бізнесу:

    • Визначити, чи компанія виступає провайдером чи деплоєром ШІ-рішення у платіжному процесі.
    • Закріпити персональну відповідальність за конкретною людиною, а не лише за «відділом ризиків».
    • Передбачити можливість людського втручання в роботу агента до того, як рішення стане незворотним.
    • Перевірити договори з вендорами ШІ-рішень – чи містять вони обов’язок розкривати логіку моделі.

    Поки універсальної відповіді на питання хто відповідає за рішення ШІ-агента не існує, відповідальність розподіляється між розробником, тим, хто впроваджує систему, і тим, хто має повноваження її зупинити. Для фінансового сектору це означає, що автономність технології не звільняє компанію від обов’язку пояснити будь-яке рішення клієнту чи регулятору.

  • Artem Lyashanov: Why digital transformation starts with people, not code

    Have you ever wondered why some companies soar on a technological wave, while others sink, despite billions of dollars in software and infrastructure investments?

    Harvard Business Review statistics hit the mark: in 2018 alone, an incredible $1.3 trillion was invested in digital transformation worldwide. However, the lion’s share of this money was simply wasted. Why? Because most players perceive digitalization as the purchase of an expensive tool, forgetting that without readiness for change, the tool itself is just a liability on the balance sheet.

    Why traditional business is history

    Today, digital transformation has finally left the category of plans for the future and moved into the category of survival strategies. This is not just a software update or the launch of a mobile application. This is a complete reformatting of the business model under the pressure of a technological landscape that changes every second.

    According to IDC, global spending on digitalization will reach $3.9 trillion by 2027. This is the price of entry into a new economic reality.

    But what exactly is pushing us into this abyss of change? Let’s analyze the main drivers.

    • Seamlessness and Personalization

    According to Salesforce, 76% of customers demand consistent interaction between all departments of the company. However, more than half of them feel that sales, marketing and service in many companies exist in parallel universes.

    • Technology

    AI, the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing are no longer buzzwords from conferences. Today they are fundamental tools. If your company does not use these technologies to optimize processes, you automatically become less efficient than competitors who do.

    • Big Data

    We live in the era of Big Data, but data itself is just noise. Transformation allows you to turn this noise into Data-Driven solutions. With advanced analytics, businesses can now know exactly what their customers want and where the problem will be tomorrow, instead of guessing.

    • Pressure from all sides

    72% of CEOs believe that the next three years will be more important for their industries than the last half century (KPMG). Startups and tech giants like Amazon are disrupting entire industries in a matter of months.

    Transformation is impossible without people. 74% of organizations are already reviewing job requirements, as remote work and digital collaboration have changed the very structure of work. In parallel, the role of cybersecurity is growing. In the digital world, customer trust is built on the security of their data.

    The price of ignoring

    Refusing to change in the digital world is a direct path to financial disaster. As the experience of retail shows, the consequences of resistance to technology are felt by everyone: from shareholders who lose money to ordinary employees who lose jobs.

    Retail clearly demonstrates that digital transformation is no longer an option. The consequences of ignoring these changes are severe: loss of market share, financial difficulties, or even bankruptcy. This hits not only the companies themselves, but also investors, employees, and the entire market ecosystem.

    Artem Lyashanov

    The Ghosts of Kodak and Sears

    The most famous example is the story of Kodak. It sounds ironic, but they were the ones who invented the first digital camera. However, the company’s management was so afraid that digital would kill their profitable film business that they deliberately slowed down the change. When they finally decided to catch up with the market, it was too late. The result was bankruptcy in 2012.

    A similar fate befell the giants of American retail, such as J.C. Penney and Sears. Once these chains were titans, but they missed the moment when shoppers massively switched to online. In 2019 alone, more than 9,000 stores closed in the US, a 59% increase from the year before. While they were holding on to their old shelves, Amazon and Walmart were building digital empires.

    The story of Kodak and Sears proves that it doesn’t matter how big you are today. If you’re not ready to change, you may simply not exist tomorrow. Digital transformation is not an expense, it’s an insurance policy for your future.

    Conclusion

    To prevent this path from becoming a waste of budget, it must be based on transformation:

    If top management doesn’t just sign bills, but actually participates in developing the digital agenda, the chances of success increase by 1.6 times (according to McKinsey);

    • Technologies will not work in a conservative environment. You need a culture where people are not afraid to experiment, learn quickly from mistakes and be flexible;
    • Cloud services, analytics tools and AI are the foundation. Without a solid technical foundation, a business simply won’t be able to scale;
    • It’s not enough to buy tools, you need to train people to use them. You either need to hire new professionals with digital experience, or constantly improve the skills of the current team;
    • There is no finish line for transformation. It is a constant process of adapting to new trends, which should become part of your company’s DNA.

    What awaits us in the next decade?

    The future will bring even more challenges and opportunities. The Internet of Things (IoT) will become ubiquitous, from factories to hospitals, everything will be connected into a network, giving us real-time data.

Merchant-Initiated Authentications (3RI).

    Если говорить просто, 3RI (3DS Requestor Initiated) – это технология, которая позволяет мерчанту проводить повторные платежи в отсутствие клиента, сохраняя при этом высший уровень безопасности.

    В отличие от стандартного e-commerce, где покупатель каждый раз нажимает кнопку «Оплатить», 3RI создан для сценариев, где списание происходит автоматически, а именно подписки, рассрочки или доплаты. Когда гость впервые вводит данные карты, система запоминает не только номер пластика, но и уникальные адаптивные значения аутентификации. Это позволяет бизнесу использовать цифровой отпечаток первого подтвержденного платежа для всех последующих операций.

    В чем отличие от обычных MIT?

    Многие путают 3RI с классическими MIT. Разница между ними критическая, и она заключается в одном, ответственности.

    1. Обычный MIT. Вы просто списываете деньги с сохраненной карты. Если клиент заявит о фроде (мошенничестве), банк-эмитент почти гарантированно вернет ему деньги;
    2. 3RI транзакция остается аутентифицированной. Благодаря использованию данных первичной проверки 3DS, за платежом сохраняется так называемый перенос ответственности.

    «Главная ценность 3RI не в удобстве списания, а в юридической броне. Используя аутентификационные данные первой транзакции, мерчант перекладывает риск мошенничества на банк-эмитент. В мире, где фрод становится профессиональной индустрией, это единственный способ защитить выручку отеля при дистанционных списаниях».

    Артем Ляшанов

    Как это работает на практике?

    Представьте клиента, который оформляет подписку на программу лояльности отеля или бронирует проживание с последующей оплатой дополнительных услуг.

    • При первой транзакции клиент проходит полную проверку (например, подтверждение в приложении банка);
    • Система фиксирует токен аутентификации;
    • Все последующие списания проходят через 3RI.

    Для банка это выглядит как легитимное продолжение первой сделки, а для вас как гарантированный платеж, который практически невозможно оспорить по причине я этого не покупал.

    3RI vs. Традиционные MIT

    Чтобы окончательно понять ценность 3RI, нужно сравнить его с классическими транзакциями по инициативе мерчанта (MIT). На первый взгляд они делают одно и то же, списывают деньги с карты гостя, когда его нет рядом.

    • Традиционные MIT (Card on File)

    Это старый добрый метод карты в файле. Вы сохраняете токен карты и используете его для списаний. Это удобно, но у этого метода есть огромная брешь: отсутствие 3D Secure (3DS).

    Поскольку между списанием и авторизацией владельца карты нет криптографической связи, вы практически беззащитны перед чарджбэками. Если гость заявит: «Я этого не одобрял», банк почти наверняка встанет на его сторону. В этой схеме мерчант всегда крайний и именно он оплачивает банкет в случае любого спора.

    • 3RI (Merchant-Initiated Authentications)

    3RI меняет саму архитектуру платежа. Вместо того чтобы просто постучаться в банк за деньгами, мерчант отправляет запрос, который жестко привязан к предыдущей сессии, где гость успешно прошел проверку личности.

    Это создает тот самый доверительный мост между первым кликом на сайте и финальным счетом. 3RI обеспечивает криптографическое доказательство того, что гость изначально дал согласие на будущие транзакции.

  • Artem Lyashanov: 5

    Artem Lyashanov: общий фон

    По данным KPMG Pulse of Fintech, на которые ссылаются несколько отраслевых обзоров, глобальные инвестиции в финтех в 2025 году, по предварительным оценкам, восстановились примерно до 116 миллиардов долларов в рамках 4719 сделок против около 95,5 миллиарда долларов в 5533 сделках годом ранее.

    Меньшее количество сделок при большем объёме капитала. По такой интерпретации, может означать, что инвесторы всё более придирчиво выбирают, в какую инфраструктуру вкладывать средства, хотя однозначных выводов из одного набора цифр, вероятно, делать не стоит.

    Пять трендов, которые чаще всего упоминают отраслевые обзоры:

    1. Идея уже не сводится к простому добавлению кнопки оплаты в чужое приложение. Речь идёт о более глубокой интеграции платежей, биллинга и отчётности в рабочие процессы бизнеса, где финансовая услуга работает незаметно;
    2. Мгновенные платежи становятся стандартом;
    3. ИИ-агенты заходят в операционные процессы. По описанию нескольких источников, речь идёт о задачах вроде обработки исключений в платежах, первичного разбора спорных транзакций или комплаенс-проверок;
    4. Токенизация активов переходит от экспериментов к практическому применению;
    5. Автоматизация комплаенса становится частью продукта.

    Большинство материалов, на которых основаны подобные перечни трендов, готовят компании, которые сами продают решения в этой сфере, разработчики программного обеспечения, платёжные провайдеры, поставщики комплаенс-инструментов. Это не обязательно обесценивает приведённые наблюдения, но означает, что формулировки вроде компании, которые не адаптируются, рискуют отстать стоит воспринимать как риторический приём отраслевого маркетинга, а не как нейтральный прогноз.

    Отдельно стоит учитывать, что разные источники по-разному расставляют приоритеты: одни на первое место ставят токенизацию и цифровые активы, другие, прежде всего инфраструктурную консолидацию и слияния компаний, третьи, регуляторные изменения в отдельных юрисдикциях.

    Artem Lyashanov об украинском контексте

    Для украинского финтех-бизнеса актуальность этих трендов, вероятнее всего, неравномерна. Тема real-time платежей и встроенных финансов резонирует с уже существующей инфраструктурой, тогда как токенизация активов и стейблкоины остаются в большей степени вопросом будущего регулирования, чем текущей практики. Насколько быстро эти глобальные тренды транслируются в конкретные бюджетные решения украинских компаний, вопрос, который, вероятно, стоит рассматривать отдельно для каждого бизнеса, а не по единому шаблону.

    Пять перечисленных направлений звучат убедительно именно потому, что повторяются сразу в нескольких независимых источниках. Но это не означает, что каждое из них одинаково актуально для каждого бизнеса.

Open Banking

    Open Banking в классическом понимании это возможность для клиента разрешить сторонним сервисам безопасный доступ к данным своего банковского счёта как транзакциям, балансам, платежам.

    Open Finance, согласно материалам индустрии, расширяет эту логику за пределы банковского счёта на инвестиции, пенсионные накопления, страхование, кредитную историю и даже данные о занятости.

    Идея в том, что полная финансовая картина человека редко умещается в одном банковском приложении, и именно поэтому появляется запрос на более широкий обмен данными между разными типами финансовых продуктов.

    Ключевые отличия:

    • Open Banking. Данные банковского счёта (транзакции, балансы, инициация платежей через защищённые API);
    • Open Finance. Более широкий набор данных (инвестиции, пенсии, страхование, кредитная история, иногда данные о занятости и коммунальных платежах);
    • Расширение этой логики связывают, в частности, с пакетом PSD3/PSR и отдельным регламентом о доступе к финансовым данным (FiDA), хотя окончательные сроки их вступления в силу, по имеющимся данным, ещё не зафиксированы.

    Подход к этой теме заметно различается по регионам, и сводить его к одной модели, вероятно, было бы неточно. В ЕС и Великобритании движение в сторону Open Finance в основном описывают как регуляторный процесс, то есть требование делиться данными исходит от законодательства.

    В Австралии похожую роль играет режим Consumer Data Right, который, по имеющимся данным, изначально заработал в банковском секторе, а затем распространился на энергетику и небанковское кредитование. В США, судя по обзорам индустрии, ситуация развивается скорее рыночным путём, где финансовые институты и финтех-компании договариваются о подключении данных через партнёрства и конкуренцию, без единого федерального мандата, охватывающего всю эту сферу.

    Почему исходящие данные тоже могут быть преимуществом

    В большинстве обсуждений Open Banking фокус традиционно на входящих данных, то есть на том, как банк или финтех получает доступ к данным клиента из других источников, чтобы построить более полную картину. Менее очевидный тезис, который встречается в отдельных отраслевых материалах, касается противоположного направления: когда клиент даёт разрешение сторонним сервисам получить доступ к его данным в вашем учреждении.

    Логика здесь примерно такая, если клиент подключает свой счёт к сервису автокредитования или инвестиционной платформе, это, вероятно, сигнализирует о намерении, что человек выбирает авто в кредит или интересуется инвестициями. По такой интерпретации поток исходящих запросов на доступ к данным можно рассматривать не только как риск оттока клиента, но и как источник информации о том, какие продукты и услуги ему, вероятно, актуальны прямо сейчас.

    Цифры, которые приводят в отраслевых материалах

    В одном из отчётов, подготовленных по заказу крупной платёжной сети совместно с исследовательской компанией, приводятся, в частности, такие данные, как значительная доля потребителей якобы готова сменить финансового провайдера ради лучших инструментов управления деньгами, а большинство опрошенных руководителей финансовых учреждений сообщают о прямом росте доходов от инициатив Open Finance.

    В другом материале, на этот раз от поставщика решений для агрегации данных, приводится статистика о том, что значительная доля потребителей готова искать другого провайдера, если тот не поддерживает подключение к любимым финтех-приложениям.

    Это звучат убедительно, но важно держать в уме, что и исследование, и его интерпретация заказаны или подготовлены компаниями, прямо заинтересованными в распространении Open Finance как коммерческой концепции. Это не обязательно означает, что цифры неточны, но независимой проверки методологии в публичном доступе, как правило, нет.

    Артем Ляшанов об украинском контексте

    Прямых регуляторных требований Open Banking по образцу PSD2/PSD3 в Украине пока что, насколько известно, нет в том же объёме, что в ЕС, хотя тема открытого банкинга обсуждается в контексте евроинтеграции финансового регулирования. Для украинских финтех-компаний, работающих с европейскими партнёрами или готовящихся к возможной гармонизации регулирования, эта тема, вероятно, актуальна скорее как ориентир на будущее, чем как текущее операционное требование.

    Артем Ляшанов о рисках и открытых вопросах:

    • Переход от Open Banking к Open Finance означает распространение принципов обмена данными на более чувствительные категории, что, вероятно, повышает и требования к защите приватности;
    • Отсутствие единого стандарта API в разных юрисдикциях продолжает оставаться практической проблемой, даже если регуляторные намерения направлены на гармонизацию.

    Сдвиг от Open Banking к Open Finance выглядит логичным продолжением тренда на более полную и персонализированную финансовую картину клиента. Станет ли открытый обмен данными действительно новым конкурентным преимуществом для большинства игроков рынка, или останется нишевой темой для компаний с ресурсами на соответствующую инфраструктуру, вопрос, который, вероятно, прояснится только с практикой внедрения в ближайшие несколько лет.

Open Banking

    Важливо розуміти контекст, що це не одноразова інша вимога регулятора, а логічне продовження довгого шляху. Ще у 2020 році Національний банк затвердив Стратегію розвитку фінтеху в Україні до 2025 року, у якій окремим напрямком було визначено побудову академічної бази для відкритого банкінгу та імплементацію європейської директиви PSD2. Тобто бізнес, який стежив за фінтех-ринком останні п’ять років, мав час підготуватися.

    Як це працює

    В основі Open Banking, поняття явної згоди користувача (consent), яка обов’язково підтверджується через надійну автентифікацію клієнта (SCA – Strong Customer Authentication). Без цього підтвердження банк не має права передавати жодну інформацію третій стороні.

    Спрощено механізм виглядає так:

    • Користувач у застосунку стороннього провайдера (наприклад, у сервісі обліку фінансів) натискає «підключити рахунок» або «оплатити через…»;
    • Цей провайдер надсилає запит до банку через спеціальний API;
    • Банк проводить автентифікацію клієнта та показує йому, кому, які саме дані (баланс, виписки за певний період) і на який термін (максимум 180 днів) буде надано доступ;
    • Клієнт підтверджує згоду, і лише після цього дані чи платіж стають доступні третій стороні.

    Відкликати згоду можна в будь-який момент, як через інтерфейс банку, так і через інтерфейс стороннього сервісу, причому без повторної суворої автентифікації. Усі учасники процесу зобов’язані фіксувати дату й час надання та відкликання згоди і зберігати ці записи щонайменше п’ять років.

    Хто за що відповідає

    Це ключове питання для будь-якого бізнесу, який планує інтегруватися з банками через Open Banking. Відповідальність розподілена так:

    • Банк відповідає за коректне отримання й перевірку згоди клієнта, за збитки, спричинені порушенням вимог регулювання, і за неправомірне розкриття банківської чи комерційної таємниці третій стороні;
    • Третя сторона (провайдер інформаційних послуг або провайдер послуг з ініціювання платежу) відповідає за коректність запиту на доступ і за перевірку чинності згоди перед кожним зверненням за даними чи платежем.

    Іншими словами, банк це вартовий рахунку клієнта, а фінтех-компанія чи будь-який інший сторонній сервіс, той, хто повинен довести, що має на руках чинний дозвіл, і регулярно це підтверджувати.

    Що це означає для бізнесу

    Вбудовані фінансові сервіси. Будь-який бізнес тепер може законно і безпечно бачити рахунок клієнта (з його дозволу) і будувати на цьому продукт:

    • Автоматичний підбір тарифу;
    • Миттєву перевірку платоспроможності;
    • Персоналізовані пропозиції.

    Прямі платежі з рахунку замість карткових комісій. Можливість ініціювати платіж напряму з рахунку клієнта (PISP-модель) дозволяє бізнесу зменшити залежність від карткових платіжних систем і відповідно, частину комісій за еквайринг.

    Точніший скоринг і нові продукти кредитування. Доступ до реальної транзакційної історії клієнта (за його згодою) дає фінансовим компаніям набагато якісніші дані для оцінки ризику, ніж застарілі моделі скорингу. Це безпосередньо впливає на те, хто на ринку мікрофінансування і кредитування зможе пропонувати кращі умови.

    Конкуренція за довіру, а не лише за продукт. Оскільки доступ до даних тепер залежить виключно від згоди клієнта, виграють ті компанії, які зможуть пояснити користувачу, навіщо їм потрібні ці дані і яку цінність він отримає у відповідь.

    Що це означає для бізнесу

    Компаніям, які планують виступати третьою стороною (TPP), варто заздалегідь подбати про кілька речей:

    • Технічна готовність;
    • Юридична готовність;
    • Прозорість інтерфейсу;
    • Кібербезпека.

    Банки, зі свого боку, зобов’язані забезпечити базові API для прийому запитів на згоду, оновити внутрішні документи, провести автентифікацію клієнта на кожному кроці та миттєво припиняти доступ третьої сторони у разі відкликання згоди.
